Swinging Arm Bush Repair Kit, Triumph 350/500 1967 on.

This is a full set of new, good quality swinging arm bushes, pin, shims, gaiters and tab washers (UK made) for all the Triumph unit construction 350 & 500 twins fitted with the revised frame used for the 1967 model year (from frame number H49833) to the end of production (of the 500) in 1973. These are the parts you need to replace if you have play in your swinging arm.

Please note that the bushes will require reaming once fitted to the swinging arm to achieve a good working fit on the pin, if you are attempting this at home (unless you have a well-equipped workshop) you may need to farm this process out to a local engineer or traditional skilled mechanic.

The three shims provided (0.003", 0.005"& 0.055") allow the end float to be taken up.

Original part numbers were 82-7342, 82-4076, 82-7270 & 82-7343.
